Ibeyi - Ash LP

"Ash" is the second full length album from Ibeyi, the French-Cuban musical duo consisting of twin sisters Lisa-Kaindé Diaz and Naomi Diaz.

Since the release of their debut album Ibeyi have completed a world of milestones, including but not limited to collaborating with the likes of Beyoncé and Alvin Ailey, and landing various esteemed magazine covers. For "Ash" Ibeyi worked once again alongside XL head Richard Russell, a confidante and friend, to produce "Ash"at his studio. “We absolutely wanted, 100%, to work with him again: It was not even a question,” Lisa-Kaindé says. “Richard is an amazing producer...wherever you want to go, he will guide you there. "Ash" features tracks with Kamasi Washington, Chilly Gonzales, Meshell Ndegeocello, and Mala Rodriguez, with production from Richard Russell.
