THINGS FROM THIS WEEK YOU NEED TO HEAR NOW:
**Circulatory System. (still sounds like classic Elephant 6 geekpsychpop.)
**Polvo. (obviously. a little more dark and heavy, but completely solid.)
**Yo La Tengo. (just as melodic and pretty as the last. laid back, well constructed pop.)
**Nudge. (spaced out and pretty. kranky’s usual style.)
**The xx. (minimal melodic pop. very surprising. cross btwn Thao and…Heroes-era Bowie? but way more sparse.)

Bigger reviews later, just wanted to toss those out there!!!
